Over the past few years, I have taken part in developing several projects.
Get to know more about them here.
In a group of 6, we developed a Virtual Reality application for ITE College East that was initially started by staffs’ lecturers
for MOE students. We added 8 more locations to the VR application which already consists of 8 locations,
giving it a total of 16 locations.
The VR application is done using Krpano. XML, JavaScript and ActionScript 3.0 is used to script the VR application.
We used a Theta S 360 camera to film the locations, Adobe Photoshop to edit the images, and Adobe After Effects to edit the videos.
The project won the Innovation Star Award, and it was also showcased at ITE College Central during the Innovation Fiesta in November 2017.
It was also showcased at the Singapore Science Centre for a week in October 2017,
Parents’ Seminar in November 2017, as well as the Board of Governance visit and opening of iLab in ITE CE in November 2017.
The project was presented to various people like ITE’s CEO, Board of Directors, and principals in several events.
It was also demonstrated to ST Electronics in August 2017, as well as Anglo Chinese School in November 2017.
In a group of 4, we developed a Virtual Reality application for Nitec in Chemical Process Technology as test materials for their modules.
The VR application is done using Krpano. XML, JavaScript and ActionScript 3.0 is used to script the VR application.
We used a Theta S 360 camera to film the locations, Adobe Photoshop to edit the images, and Adobe After Effects to edit the videos.
In a group of 6, and with the help of our lecturers, we developed a chat bot that helps the counsellors from the ECG department
by answering frequently asked questions answered by the ECG counsellors like the process of EAE, JPAE and NCHN.
The chatbot was scripted using JSON in Dialogflow, then deployed into Google Assistant and Facebook Messenger.
In a group of 3, we had to develop an Artificial Intelligence that solves the real world problems given in the challenge
statements.
We decided to create a chat bot that answers general enquiries about health. We also added different APIs
that allows the chat bot to collect information like date, time and appointment type.
With the information, an event is being created on Google Calendar.
The chatbot was scripted using JSON in Dialogflow, then deployed into Google Assistant, Facebook Messenger and Telegram.
